Former Schwa, Momofuku Ko and Heat chef Jonathan Ory is set to open an offbeat pastry and coffee shop featuring house-made, gourmet desserts. He'll also use Counter Culture Coffee and Rishi tea. Those who wish to enjoy their treats on premises will have to stand at the counter. Bad Wolf is set to open late fall.
