The Arts and Crafts-style structure that houses North Pond was originally built in 1912 as a warming shelter for Lincoln Park ice skaters. Chef Bruce Sherman takes a seasonal, market-driven approach to American food, using produce from small, local farmers. Sherman won a James Beard award in 2012 for Best Chef: Great Lakes.
