Santa's Little Helper
Certain to be the perfect celebratory sipper to jumpstart the evening, Santa's Little Helper was created by JIMMY principal bartender Craig Hiljus.

Gin
Ingredients
  • 1 oz spiced cranberry purée*
  • 1 1/2 oz Death's Door Gin
  • 1 oz Clement Creole Shrub
  • Fresh lemon wedge
  • *Cranberry purée:
  • 1 bag of cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pink peppercorn
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • Bring ingredients to a boil, reduce and simmer for 5 minutes; let cool and fine strain. Push down on mix to squeeze out all juices. Scrape the outside of the strainer to get all the pulp into the mix.
 
Directions

 Add all ingredients except prosecco to shaker, add ice, shake and strain. Top with prosecco, garnish and serve.
