Main Ingredient
Fernet Branca
Ingredients
  • 1 oz Fernet Branca
  • 1 oz Varnelli Cafe Moka
  • Maraschino whipped cream
 
Directions
Fill glass with hot chocolate (whole milk and melted dark chocolate chips, frothed to 100 degrees) and additional ingredients. Top with Maraschino whipped cream (2 oz heavy whipping cream and 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur, sugar to taste, whipped to a soft peak).
