New Brunches: Trench Starts Brunch
New Brunches: Hot on the heels of a relaunch and rebrand from Trenchermen to Trench, the Jared Wentworth-driven restaurant and bar is rounding things out with weekend brunch. Now available Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., the menu is chock full of contemporary comforts, like fried chicken and waffles with bourbon maple syrup, grilled skirt steak and eggs with braised short rib-sweet potato hash, and a crab Benedict with poached eggs and lobster hollandaise. Don’t miss the sweets from pastry chef Angela Diaz either, like doughnuts and cinnamon rolls. To drink, expect Four Letter word coffee, Irish coffee, Harvey Wallbangers and more.
