In this week’s batch of brunch bites, Bin 36 adds brunch to its roster and Pork Shoppe rolls out breakfast burritos and more.

 

Hot on the heels of Bin 36’s relocation to the West Loop, the wine-centric destination has expanded its menu offerings to include brunch. Debuting June 27, brunch at Bin 36 is an inspired affair courtesy of chef Shane Graybeal, whose tenure cooking in the South beget dishes like shrimp and Antebellum grits, a thorough homage to South Carolina cookery. There’s also a riff on the Kentucky hot brown, a toasty open-faced sandwich heaped with turkey, bacon, tomato, and Mornay sauce. Lobster New-Bin is Graybeal’s take on classic lobster Newburg, featuring tarragon biscuit, candied Vidalia onions, tomato bisque, and home fries. Other dishes include a spicy chorizo burger and lemon-ricotta pancakes. To drink, there’s a Bloody Mary flight complete with four variations of the brunch staple………CONTINUE:
