Easter Prix Fixe at Devon Seafood Grill

Easter takes a nautical turn at Devon Seafood Grill, where executive chef John Cosnotti has cooked up a special Easter prix fixe menu for the holiday. Available from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., guests can eat their way through a multi-course spree that begins with appetizer options like a baby greens salad, Caesar salad, Maine lobster bisque, or spinach and watercress salad. Entree selections are a center cut filet with Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus, and rosemary demi; seared scallops with lobster risotto and Champagne beurre blanc; a bone-in pork chop with mostarda, Parmesan-herb roasted Yukon potatoes, and grilled asparagus; jumbo lump crab cakes with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus; and mesquite-grilled Atlantic salmon with leek fondue, potato-sage gratin, and mustard vinaigrette…………CONTINUE:
