DryHop Releases Inaugural Barrel-aged Beer
In other beer news, DryHop Brewers releases its first barrel-aged beer on November 11, which officially makes this coming Tuesday the best beer day of the week. At 6:00 p.m. on the dot, the brewpub taps Screaming for Vengeance, a barrel-aged oatmeal stout that sounds like a Quentin Tarantino flick. In honor of the Festival of Barrel Aged Beer next week, DryHop wanted to do a little barrel-aged drinking of its own, serving up a beer that has been aged in a Tailwinds Distilling Company rum barrel for three months, garnering notes of toffee, vanilla, and coffee. St. Feuillien Trenchermen ……CONTINUE:
