TWO Turns One

Pork dish

To celebrate their one-year anniversary, TWO is going all out with a few sensational specials.

Patrons at TWO will be offered half-priced cocktails and draft beers when they dine within the celebratory window. Chef Tom Van Lente is also going all out with whole hogs, bringing in two suckling pigs from Swan Creek Farms for the occasion. You can’t really stick a candle in the hogs, but it’s an apt birthday feast nonetheless. Van Lente is smoking said hogs and shredding them for a pulled pork dish with honey butter biscuits and candy onion vinaigrette. Twist my arm. The dish runs for $10, so instead of bringing TWO a birthday present, order this and drink cocktails and beer alongside.
