Next, the cheeses will feature in Jam Chef Jeffery Mauro’s four-course menu of Scotch egg with fennel sausage, frisee, pickled red onions and havarti; warm Peekytoe crab salad with aged Alpine cheese, sauce mornay, tarragon and coriander crostini; burrito Suizo with smoked gouda, buckwheat crepe, braised beef, melted onion, tomato crema and jardinere; and ricotta cheesecake with macerated cherries, candied Meyer lemon rind and toasted hazelnuts.

The dinner is $50; an optional drink pairing adds $15. For reservations, phone (312) 575-4021 or email with the number in your party and your telephone number. A $10 advance deposit is required.
