Who’d be caught dead in Rosemont?

Fresco 21 in Rosemont is dying to know what you want for your final meal on earth. Submit your deathbed wish for three courses by Monday, Jan. 28.

Chef Cameron Grant will cook the ultimate dinner for the winner who will also receive a one-night stay in the Presidential Suite at the adjoining InterContinental Chicago O’Hare. The winning meal will be featured on the menu at Fresco 21 for the entire month of February.

Grant says, “This is a fun opportunity for us to interact with our customers and explore some of their favorite dishes. For my last meal, I personally would enjoy a beef tenderloin wellington with foie gras and porcini mushrooms, served with potatoes dauphinoise, escarole seared with sausage, kalamata olives and chile flakes. We’re excited to see what kind of submissions we’ll receive and how we can recreate them to reflect Fresco 21’s Mediterranean style.”
