Friday food porn: A decade of meat

Papaya cream

Ancho beef or ribeye, one of 16 cuts of meat served in unlimited portions at Fogo de Chao in River North. The churrascaria is celebrating its 10th anniversary in Chicago and a recent $750,000 renovation and expansion, which added private dining rooms, a restyled bar/lounge and expanded the salad bar. In honor of the occasion, Fogo de Chao is donating 20 percent of the October proceeds from sales of its signature papaya cream (a blend of fresh papaya, vanilla ice cream and creme de cassis liqueur) to Ignite the Spirit, the Chicago firefighter charity.
