Celebrate National Oyster Day, Sunday, Aug. 5, at Benny’s Chop House in the River North. Specialty oysters from Delaware Bay, New Brunswick, Cape Cod and other regions are available at $14.99 a half dozen and $26.99 a dozen. For a deal, though, have a belated celebration at the steakhouse’s weekly Oyster Wednesday, when the mollusks start at 25 cents with a two-drink minimum, beer or wine pairing, from 3 to 7 p.m. in the bar and North Lounge.
