Chicago French Pastry Camp

Summertime … time to go to camp. Pastry camp!

The French Pastry School in the Loop offers six sessions of week-long pastry classes this summer, featuring demonstrations by master chefs followed by hands-on participation with the chefs’ guidance. Campers taste and take home everything they make.

Chef instructors are World Baking Champions Pierre Zimmermann and Dimitri Fayard and National Pastry Champion Scott Green. The next session starts June 4.

Each week-long class costs $995. Previous baking experience isn’t required. Chocolate, cake decorating and the basics of several pastry techniques are covered in different sessions.
