Joho offers a taste of Paris, via Las Vegas, on the Mag Mile

Chef Jean Joho of Everest in the Loop and the late, lamented Brasserie Jo, details the food and ambiance of his romantic Las Vegas restaurant in his 2008 cookbook, The Eiffel Tower Restaurant Cookbook: Capturing the Magic of Paris, written with Chandra Ram.

From noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 31, Joho will appear at FOODease on the Magnificent Mile for a book signing.

The FOODease Hot Bar will feature a dish from Joho’s cookbook for the occasion, and copies of the book will be available for purchase for $34.95.
