March is National Noodle Month! At TL’s Four Seasons in Bartlett, Chef/owner Shawn Li is celebrating with a flight of three Chinese noodle soups, $10.95, offered daily through Saturday, March 31. Along with the pictured Chongqing noodle soup, containing cellophane noodles, pickled mustard greens and sliced whitefish simmered with ginger, garlic and green onions, the flight offers Chongqing-style beef noodle soup, a spicy beef stock with wheat noodles and bamboo shoots, and classic Cantonese wonton soup with egg noodles.
