Get a short stack free at IHOP on National Pancake Day.
Area IHOP restaurants will be serving free short stacks of buttermilk pancakes on National Pancake Day in an effort to raise awareness and funds for the the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ program at Children’s Memorial Hospital. Diners are invited to donate.
The promotion takes place from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, at all city and suburban IHOP locations.
Last year, the giveaway was the largest one-day event in the company’s 53-year history. IHOP served 4 million free pancakes (imagine a a stack nearly 16 miles high), and pancake lovers donated more than $2.5 million to children’s charities.
