Taste 300 pinot noirs at Pinot Days.

Pinot noir is the queen of red wines.
More than 50 pinot noir producers will pour their wines Saturday, Nov. 14, at the third annual Pinot Days Grand Festival. This is your chance to taste the newly released 2007 vintage, which is being called the best in decades, along with more than 300 pinots, and meet the winemakers and winery owners.
Participating wineries include Archery Summit, August West, Buena Vista Carneros, Davis Family Vineyards, Domaine Chandon, Fess Parker Winery, Keller Estate, Ketcham Estate, Napa-Sonoma, Robert Talbott Vineyards, Testarossa Vineyards, Wines of Germany and many others. Pinot-friendly foods from local purveyors will be available, too.
The event takes place from 1 to 5 p.m. at Navy Pier. Tickets are $50, but Dining Chicago readers can get 10 percent off with this discount code: DININGCHICAGOC09.
