Pre-game New Year's Eve With Champagne Dinner at Vie

Before competing in a marathon, athletes bulk up on pasta. Before attending New Year's Eve parties, you should attend a Champagne-themed dinner. It's all about building up stamina and acclimating your body to the drastic changes it's about to endure. Vie understands this and is hosting a Champagne dinner this Sunday, December 22. It's sort of like testing the waters and easing your way in rather than diving headfirst into the holiday fray. Plus one can never have too much Champagne.

Champagne

Curated by executive chef Paul Virant, the Champagne dinner is absolutely dripping in luxury, from the five different Champagnes to the fittingly regal food dishes they're paired with. Abetting Vie's wine director Pablo Moncada is special guest Master Sommelier Serafin Alvarado, so you know this is legit. They're bringing in the big guns for this big event. The two sommeliers will guide guests on a bubbly journey through five sub-regions of Champagne, highlighting their unique attributes and what makes them stand out amid the world's sparkling wines.
