Reservations are highly recommended for this intimate steakhouse with only 16 tables. Diplomat Prime is located on the lobby level of the Diplomat Resort & Spa, so it is highly favored by hotel guests.

It's seafood and steak focused, with offerings such as domestic rack of lamb, a 48-ounce prime Porterhouse and tuna loin. While the restaurant is a popular location for business dinners, it's favored more by couples, who come for share-able dishes such as the seared foie gras topped with a champagne vinaigrette; Osetra caviar; and a 48-ounce prime Porterhouse.

Non-steak options include local black grouper, Skuna bay salmon and butter-poached lobster.
