On the menu are smoked trout Benedict with green beans and toasted almonds, as well as shrimp and grits. The restaurant is opening early on Easter: 11am. There’s lamb, too, but you can have that any Easter.

Radisson Blue AquaIn the Atlantic Ballroom of the Radisson Blue Agua, there will be a family-friendly Easter brunch including an omelet station, snow crab legs, French toast and an Easter dessert display. Complimentary Champagne pours and complimentary self-parking make this an especially attractive way to celebrate the day. Also, the Easter Bunny will make an appearance. Woohoo.

BLVD. In one of the city’s sleekest dining rooms, the good folks at BLVD will be welcoming guests to a spectacular Easter brunch. Also, given the day of the week, there will be the traditional Crab Feet Sunday celebration of the crustacean. BLVD is the place to feast on the Easter holiday in style.

GT Fish & Oyster. Giuseppe Tentori (GT), one of Chicago’s most highly regarded chefs, will be offering a family style brunch at GT Fish & Oyster on Easter Sunday. Of course, there’s a magnificent menu, with some of the best fish and seafood in the city, suitable also for those dining solo.

Homestead on the Roof. Hip and happening Homestead on the Roof is serving an Easter brunch buffet featuring a carving station, omelet station, and sweets table, as well as traditional breakfast offerings. Though it might be a little early in the year for their usual “backyard harvested” menu items, you can count on many delicious seasonal selections.

Acadia. Two-star Michelin restaurant Acadia, headed up by Ryan McCaskey, is serving up an open house buffet with multiple serving stations. If you have not yet been to this outstanding South Loop restaurant, Easter would be an excellent time to give it a try.
