True cocktail enthusiasts obsess over service, attention to detail and ingredients, so it makes sense for steakhouses across the country to take their programs to the next level. They’re personalizing the beverage experience with table-side service, featuring vintage carts brimming with the likes of chilled bottles of Champagne, bourbon flights or ingredients for signature cocktails. We’ve picked some of the very best bets.

American Cut. Call it flashy and dramatic, but that’s the American Cut way. The restaurant presents signature “smoked” cocktails OG Plank Smoked Old Fashioned and Smoked 44 table-side, and it’s quite entertaining. For both drinks, over a rolling cart, a server chars a maple plank with a torch for garnish.

Andiron Steak & Sea. Bottomless mimosas go upscale during brunch at this Italian-influenced Vegas haunt. A Champagne-filled cart is stocked with freshly squeezed juices, garnishes and unlimited bubbly. The restaurant’s located in downtown Summerlin Mall, so you can shop until you drop after brunch.

Bourbon Steak Nashville. There’s also a roaming, custom-designed cart at the newest steakhouse in Nashville. It offers table-side bourbon flights, which change regularly, throughout the dining room. Bourbon Steak is making a splash in Music City with floor-to-ceiling windows and 360-degree views of the Nashville skyline on the 34th floor of the newly opened JW Marriott.

Jeffrey's of Austin. One of the most elegant and swankiest steakhouses in Austin, Jeffrey’s showcases a martini cart and a cheese cart. Request the cocktail cart, which is fully stocked, and you’ll get a cocktail made to your exact specifications. They’re served in exquisite antique glassware, making your cocktail experience here memorable.

Swift & Sons. Tableside beverage service is one of the highlights at this trendy Chicago steakhouse located on the first level of the Google headquarters. Guests may go for the Champagne cart, filled with rare and vintage bubbly, or cocktail cart, which showcases classic and contemporary drinks like the Negroni, Manhattan and Vesper Moderne.
