Italian Wine Dinner at III Forks Prime Steakhouse
Italian wines take the stage at III Forks Prime Steakhouse as part of the restaurant’s next upcoming wine dinner, featuring the work of Marchesi Antinori winery. The event takes place April 12 at 6:30 p.m., with wine representative Chris Smarto in attendance to talk to guests about the history of the estate and the wines themselves. Following a reception, dinner consists of four courses of wine-friendly fare, like charred octopus salad, braised rabbit ravioli, dry-aged rib-eye with huckleberry reduction and a “chocolate extravaganza” for dessert. The cost for dinner is $125 per person and reservations can be made by calling III Forks.

At the event, she’ll showcase clothing and accessories from her latest collection, available for purchase on-site. Arbella will compliment with Champagne cocktail specials, including the Georgia Preserves cocktail, which has ginger-infused vodka, housemade peach-tea syrup, rhubarb bitters, lemon and bubbly.
