Winter Cocktails at The Violet Hour

In other boozy news, The Violet Hour just introduced its brand new winter cocktail list. And true to form, it’s filled with innovative and imaginative drinks that are sure to become fast hits. Warm flavors and notes of spice are the apropos theme for the season, featured in drinks like the Goodbye Now, Ta-Ta Then, which is a pie-spiced sherry cobbler with coffee pecan bitters. There’s a Violet Hour Hot Toddy that combines Jim Beam Rye, Ramazzotti, Demerara, lemon and angostura. For something creamy and rich, try the dessert-y Velvet Flip, a type of eggnog with deep, heady flavors.
