Thomas Family Memorial Fundraiser

In light of the loss of two of Chicago's brightest young figures in the culinary community, a special memorial fundraiser is set to take place at One North Kitchen & Bar on August 23. The gentlemen in memorium are Ronayne and Forrest Thomas, two brothers with intrinsic ties to the local culinary community. The former was a cherished member of both the restaurant scene and the cycling set, while the latter was a talented and promising Kendall College graduate. 

 

The Thomas Family Memorial Scholarship, through the Kendall College Trust (KCT), is gratefully accepting donations with proceeds going directly towards the family's alumni scholarship. For those unable to attend the fundraiser on August 23, donations can be made here. 

The event takes place from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at One North Kitchen & Bar. Tickets are $40, and the fundraiser will feature appetizers created by members of the culinary community. There will also be a cash bar. Tickets can be purchased here. The cost of both tickets and donations are tax deductible.
