Just in time for the biggest brunch day of the year, Sophie's is getting into the brunch game. With American classics in mind, Sophie's chef Ron Aleman has crafted a menu of sleek brunch favorites such as crab cake Benedict, steak & eggs with poblano chimichurri, cobb salads, lobster salad rolls, and farmers' market vegetable omelettes. For early spring, this means ramps, wild mushrooms, and asparagus. That same attention to invigorated classics parlays onto the beverage menu as well, in the form of rhubarb-grapefruit mimosas. Once Mother's Day comes around, Sophie's will henceforth serve brunch on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Seasonal fruits lay the framework for Azzurra's new bottomless bellinis program, wherein $14 buys guests a ceaseless onslaught of fruit-infused bubbly, the perfect celebration of warm-weather drinking.
