Seems like it was only a few weeks ago and the whole town was waiting for a sure thing. The CUBS in the World Series. Well the other night some other team won that honor. If you recall my last column I said I wasn't going to even mention the now winners of the series and true to my word I'm not going to. Which brings us to the next thing the whole town is assuming will be a sure thing. Barack Obama will win the United States Presidency. I'm going to go out on a limb again and say that is one assumption that will actually come true. I did my part and voted in Georgia. Maybe my vote will swing a once Red State into the direction this Country desperately needs. A Democratic Ideology. Some people shy away from Politics in public but a new dialogue is needed in my opinion....more>>
