Restaurant lighting plays such an important role in ambiance.  Our lighting started as a few tracks and spots and has evolved into an eclectic arrangement of unique fixtures.  We have a modern chandelier and old candy kettles, which contribute a soft glow to the restaurant.  As a more decorative feature, we’ve placed Edison light bulbs throughout the dining room.  The essential classic, candles, are on all of our tables.  Gilt Bar is comfortable and dark, with pockets of light around each table.
