Fine dining redefined: graham elliot will be the first "bistronomic" restaurant in Chicago, juxtaposing four-star cuisine and accessibility in a fun and whimsical environment. This will be achieved by doing away with the Old World of dress codes, white tablecloths, elaborate floral displays, and tuxedoed servers, and replacing it with hip music (including music performed and recorded by Chef Bowles himself), dynamic gastronomy, and a lively and relaxed atmosphere. The handwritten menu will be accompanied by food sketches from Chef Graham Elliot Bowles highlighting the offerings of that night. The cuisine will follow the same spontaneous and ingredient-driven dishes that Bowles has become known for, building upon a recipe consisting of equal parts creativity, whimsy and artistry. |
